Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a decoration plate having a plenty of natural feeling and deep taste by using ink which contains mainly aqueous soluble dye, and dissolving and diffusing it to such a degree as to rise to appear in an oozing pattern. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a platelike base material 1 is sealed as required and treated with primary film 2 by bonding a decoration sheet. Then, at least one color employs a coloring ink which mainly contains aqueous soluble dye such as dye, oxidative dye or basic dye directly coated to print a picture pattern 3. Further, a raised thick pattern 4 is screen printed on the surface of the pattern 3. At this time, an oozing pattern 5 is formed by diffusing in the pattern dissolved in solvent or water in the pattern 4 which mainly contains aqueous soluble dye of the pattern 3. Accordingly, a color tone change having deep taste which is not present in a gravure offset printing or flexographic printing can be expressed on the surface of the screen printed pattern layer.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In conventional tile-like decorative boards, the surface of the convex portions on which the concavo-convex pattern is formed by screen printing is monochromatic, so there is little change in color tone. Therefore, it has been known that a pattern is applied to the surface of a screen-printed pattern layer by gravure offset printing or flexographic printing to impart a change in color tone. However, applying a printed pattern to the surface of the screen-printed pattern layer not only increases the number of manufacturing steps, but also requires overprinting, making it difficult to create a tasteful tile-like appearance.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and includes at least one step in forming a pattern on the lower layer after subjecting the surface of a plate-like base material to a base treatment if necessary. One color uses an ink whose main component is a water-soluble dye, and then a raised pattern is formed on the surface of the pattern by screen printing, and the water-soluble dye dissolves and diffuses into the raised pattern, appearing as a bleeding pattern. The product has a monotonous convex pattern created by screen printing.
It is possible to obtain a decorative board having a tasteful bleeding pattern rich in natural feeling. To explain in detail based on the drawings showing an embodiment of the present invention, first, the surface of the plate-shaped base material 1 is subjected to a base treatment 2 such as applying a sealer treatment or pasting a decorative paper as required. Next, when printing an arbitrary picture pattern 3 by a method such as gravure, gravure offset, flexography, or screen printing, at least one color is colored ink whose main component is a water-soluble dye such as a direct dye, an acid dye, or a basic dye. Use it to print a pattern. As for the solvent, it is convenient to use a solvent similar to that of the screen printing ink formed in the upper layer to facilitate the diffusion of the dye.

A thick film raised pattern 4 is formed on the surface of the rough picture pattern 3 by screen printing. The screen printing ink forming the raised pattern 4 has a solid content of 50 to 80, using acrylic resin, epoxy resin, vinyl acetate resin, etc. as a binder, using water or an organic solvent such as alcohol as a solvent, and adding pigments such as calcium carbonate and titanium white. % by weight of synthetic resin is used. The printing ink containing water-soluble dye as a main component of the picture pattern 3 is dissolved by the solvent or water in the raised pattern and diffused into the raised pattern to form the bleeding pattern 5. This gives a change in tone to a raised pattern formed by screen printing, which is monochromatic and has little change in tone. In other words, the pattern applied to the lower layer bleeds out from under the raised pattern formed by screen printing, resulting in gravure offset printing or flexographic printing on the surface of the screen printing pattern layer, creating a tasteful change in color tone. can. After binding, a transparent protective film 6 is formed. As the plate-like base material used for the decorative board of the present invention, plywood, particle board, calcium silicate board, asbestos straight board, etc. are used, and as a base treatment, a sealer is applied to the plate-like base material or vinyl acetate resin is used. A conventional method such as a continuous lamination method or a hot press method is used to attach the decorative sheet via an adhesive such as acrylic resin or vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer resin.

Decorative sheets include tissue paper, resin-mixed paper, resin-impregnated paper,
Non-woven fabric, aluminum foil, synthetic resin film, etc. are used with patterns printed by gravure printing, gravure offset printing, flexo printing, etc. This picture pattern is caused by the solvent of the raised pattern screen printing ink that will be formed in the next process, and by the solvent of the screen printing ink and the normal nitrocotton lacquer-based gravure ink that does not bleed into the raised pattern. It is preferable that the ink is composed of two types of ink, each of which is a dye-based gravure ink. Solvents in screen printing inks Ink that bleeds when exposed to organic solvents or water is a mixture of water-soluble dyes such as basic dyes, acid dyes, and direct dyes with solvents such as water, isobutyl alcohol, and ethyl cellosolve. is suitable.

Next, a raised pattern is formed by thick film screen printing, and an ink containing a water-soluble dye as a main component is bled onto the surface of the raised pattern into the raised pattern. Suitable screen printing inks include acrylic resin, It is preferable to add 30 to 200 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, clay, titanium white, etc. to 100 parts by weight of a binder such as an epoxy resin or vinyl acetate resin, and a viscosity of 150 to 300 voids is suitable.

Film thickness of raised pattern formed by screen printing: 5
If the ink is 0 to 600 μm, the ink containing water-soluble dye as a main component will bleed into the raised pattern and the pattern will appear in relief. The screen plate forming the raised pattern preferably has 10 to 70 meshes.

In this way, the raised pattern is created by adding a change in tone to the raised pattern, which is monochromatic and has little change in tone, and can express a tasteful change in tone that cannot be expressed by gravure offset printing or flexographic printing. Example 1 A grain pattern was printed on the entire surface of lauan plywood with a thickness of 12@/m using a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer resin adhesive using a gravure ink of nitrocotton lacquer, and the roughness was water-soluble. A decorative sheet made of 30 g/m2 resin-mixed paper on which a yakuza pattern was partially gravure-printed using dye-based ink was attached using a continuous laminating machine. On top of this, a 10 cm square tile-like raised pattern was created using a 30 mesh screen plate using a water-based screen printing ink with a solid content of 60% by weight consisting of 100 parts by weight of acrylic resin, 100 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, and 5 parts by weight of titanium white. When the ink was formed, the ink containing the water-soluble dye as a main component oozed out to the surface of the raised pattern and appeared. After drying and curing the raised pattern, a transparent polyurethane resin was applied to the entire surface using a flow coater at 100 g/m 2 and dried. Grained joints and 10c+ by gravure printing
It was possible to obtain a tile-like decorative flooring material rich in depth, taste, and three-dimensional effect due to the apricot pattern appearing on the surface of the a-square tile-like raised pattern.

On top of this, 100 parts by weight of acrylic resin emulsion and 151 parts of ethylene glycol! The floral pattern obtained by gravure printing with the water-based screen printing ink consisting of 100 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 5 parts by weight of titanium, and 1 part by weight of IPOLY coloring agent is placed in the center of the 20C square tile-like raised pattern. Apply screen printing. When I did this, a floral pattern oozed out into the center of the raised pattern. The screen plate has 30 meshes, and the film thickness after drying is 15
It was 0μ. A transparent polyurethane resin paint was applied on the entire surface using a flow coater at a rate of 10g/112 and dried to obtain a three-dimensional tile-like decorative board with a floral pattern rich in deep elegance.
