종래 선등록하여 사용하고 있는 본인의 실용신안등록 제24685호(공고번호 83-828)의 보릿대를 이용한 장식판 제조용 무늬지는 통상의 둥근형 보릿대의 일측을 쪼개어 평면상태로 전개하면 약 1cm정도 내외가 되며 이 보릿대를 적정길이로 절단하여 매끄러운 면이 노출되게 하고 내측이 약간 거칠은 면이 접착지 저면에 다수 병렬로 부착시킨 다음 그 상면에 필요한 모형이 보릿대의 길이 방향과 같게 일련번호 순서대로 인쇄된 모형지를 부착하였기 때문에 장식판의 제작시에 이 모형을 일련번호 순서대로 재단한 다음 상하면에 부착된 모형지와 대지를 박리시켜 접착지에 부착된 보릿대만 남게하며 이와 같이 재단한 보릿대의 이면(약간 거칠은 부분)에는 접착지가 부착되어 재단이 된 상태이므로 장식판에 도안된 모양에 표시된 순서대로 보릿대를 일정한 장식판에 부착시키면 접착지에 의해 용이하게 접착되므로 각종 모양에 따라 보릿대를 간편하게 부착시킬 수 있어 종래와 같이 접착제나 풀 등을 도포함으로 발생되는 품질의 저하와 건조를 시킴에 있어서 작업시간 지연등의 폐단은 제거되었으나 다양한 무늬 색상을 위해 칼라 염색을 하려면 끓는물에서 염료를 풀어 보릿대를 삶아야 하므로 보릿대의 색상이 염료의 침투로 진한 색만 비쳐 나오며 표면 코팅시는 염색 작업시 보릿대의 표면에 염료가 침착되어 광택이 떨어질 뿐 아니라 은은한 질감의 색상을 보릿대의 투명한 색상에 비쳐 나오게 할 수 없는 단점이 있으며, 보릿대에 붙이는 접착지는 단겹으로 얇게 붙어져 보릿대와 병렬로 연결 작업시 이음부분이 금방 눈으로 들어나게 되어 제품이 깨끗하지 못하는 결점도 있었다.The pattern paper for manufacturing decorative plates using the barrier of the Utility Model Registration No. 24685 (Notice 83-828), which is registered and used in advance, is about 1 cm when one side of the ordinary round barley is split and developed in a flat state.
