Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the appearance of a decorated wood plate by forming a stripe groove and a chamfered part on every other sheet of decorated plate veneers at its longitudinal end. CONSTITUTION:The longitudinal and lateral joints of a unit decorating veneer 2 stuck on a base plate 1 is provided with a stripe groove 3, and a chamfered part 4 is formed at the upper side corner of a longitudinal end on every other sheet of veneers 2 so as to cut the unit decorating veneer. A colored layer 5 deeper than the surface of the unit decorating veneer 2 is severally formed on the stripe groove 3 and the chamfered part 4. A transparent paint 6 is applied to the whole surface of the decorating veneer including the stripe groove 3 and the chamfered part 4.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a plurality of unit decorative veneers are joined in the vertical and horizontal directions to form a decorative veneer, which is a continuous decorative veneer, a vertical seaming surface is made inconspicuous. , As disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-4194,
A decorative plate has been proposed in which every other one of the decorative veneers is cut in the middle of the thickness direction at the upper corner of the longitudinal end of the unit decorative veneer to provide a chamfered portion.

However, due to the decrease in wood resources and the worldwide movement for resource protection, the price of wood has risen and the quality of wood has deteriorated, making it difficult to obtain conventional high quality raw materials. In particular, high-quality wood that can be used as a decorative veneer must be made as thin as possible in terms of supply and price, and used as much decorative material as possible, and substrates such as plywood and particle board are used as surface plates and cores. It is difficult to select and use the wood color and tree species of the boards. Therefore, the conventional veneer as described above cannot deal with the reality.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a wood-based decorative board which can be provided even if the decorative veneer is thin or the colors of the boards are not uniform. In a wood-based decorative board in which a plurality of unit decorative veneers are joined in the vertical and horizontal directions and affixed to the upper surface of the substrate, the vertical and horizontal directions of the unit decorative veneer A chamfered portion is provided in the joint at the upper corners of the groove and the longitudinal end every other sheet of the decorative veneer by cutting in the thickness direction of the decorative veneer. A wood-based decorative board having a colored layer darker than the surface color of a unit decorative veneer and a transparent topcoat layer formed on the upper surface thereof is provided. A plurality of unit decorative boards in contact with each other in the vertical and horizontal directions, and then contacting the unit decorative veneers. The chamfered portions are formed by cutting in the thickness direction of the decorative veneer at every other edge of the decorative veneer at the upper and lower corners in the longitudinal and lateral directions and the upper corners of the longitudinal direction in synchronization with the portion to be cut. After applying a colorant having a darker color than the surface color of the decorative veneer only in the groove and chamfer, or by scraping off the colorant in the flat part after applying to the entire surface of the decorative veneer, the groove And a method for manufacturing a wood-based decorative board, in which a transparent paint is applied to the entire surface including the chamfered portion.

In the present invention, the decorative groove is cut in the thickness direction to form the groove and the chamfered portion so that the decorative laminated board can be used even if it is extremely thin. A colorant layer darker than the surface color of the decorative veneer is formed in the groove and the chamfer so that the unit decorative veneer section divided by the groove and the chamfer is raised and the space between the unit decorative veneers is increased. This is to conceal and unify the color of the substrate exposed in the groove and chamfer to expand the range of use of the substrate and improve the appearance as a decorative board.

A plurality of unit decorative veneers 2 are adhered to the surface in the vertical and horizontal directions in a joined state. As the decorative veneer 2, a natural wood decorative veneer having a thickness of about 0.1 to 2.0 mm, an artificial wood decorative veneer, or the like is appropriately used. As the decorative veneer, the unit decorative veneers 2 may be bonded to each other in advance, or the unit decorative veneers 2 may be bonded to each other when they are attached to the substrate. As the tree species of the decorative veneer 2, light-colored systems such as beech, sen, and cherry are preferably used.

The unit decorative veneer 2 adhered on the substrate 1 is formed with a groove 3 in the vertical and horizontal joints, and the unit decorative veneer is cut at the upper corner of the longitudinal end. The chamfered portion 4 is formed every other sheet. The depths of the groove 3 and the chamfered portion 4 are set so that the unit decorative veneer 2 is surely cut and a part of the substrate 1 is cut. As the forming method, the groove 3 and the chamfer 4 are combined with a vertical groove machine and a horizontal groove machine, or a router machine is used.

In the groove 3 and the chamfered portion 4, a colored layer 5 darker than the surface color of the unit decorative veneer 2 is formed. The coloring layer 5 formed in the groove 3 and the chamfer 4 is formed by applying a colorant only in the groove 3 and the chamfer 4 by using a groove coating machine or the entire surface of the decorative veneer 2. It is formed by a method such as scraping off the colorant in the flat portion using a reversing roll or a wiping device after being applied to. As the colorant, a pigment-based or dye-based colorant is appropriately selected and used.

EXAMPLE A plywood board using a 12 mm-thick South Sea wood veneer is used as a substrate, and a unit veneer is preliminarily adhered and bonded in a block shape to the surface of the plywood with a common wood adhesive. A gray beech veneer was attached. Then, as shown in FIG.
The side surface of the substrate is subjected to the usual welding process, and a V-groove having a depth of 1 mm and a width of 1 mm is formed at the joint portion of the unit veneer.
At the upper corner of the longitudinal direction, every other unit veneer has a depth of 1 m.
A chamfered portion having a width of 0.5 mm and a width of 0.5 mm was cut and formed using a vertical groove machine and a horizontal groove machine. After that, a brown colorant is applied to the entire surface of the decorative plate including the flat part, the colorant of the flat part is scraped off using a wiping device, and a conduit groove of the decorative veneer,
Only the inside of the cut groove and chamfer was colored dark brown. Finally, a transparent urethane resin paint colored light yellowish brown was applied to the entire surface of the decorative board to obtain a desired decorative board for floor.

According to the present invention, since the coloring agent layer having a darker color than the surface color of the decorative veneer is formed in the groove and the chamfered part, a thin veneer is used as the decorative veneer. Not only can it be made, but it is also possible to make deep cuts, making it easy to groove and chamfer. The dark colored layer not only increases the wood texture of the decorative veneer, but also raises the decorative veneer section divided by the groove and the chamfer, and inside the groove and chamfer provided between the decorative veneers. Since the color of the exposed substrate can be concealed and unified, an appearance similar to or higher than that of the conventional decorative board can be imparted even though a poor quality substrate or a thin decorative veneer is used.
