Claims (1)

立に取扱い可能である複合ユニットを構成している、特
許請求の範囲第1項記載のブレーキシュー。 3、ガラスファイバネットがガラスファイバ織物として
1cm当り糸約4〜8本のたて糸と1cm当り糸約2〜
6本の緯糸とを有しており、かつ糸の太さが約0.6〜
1.2mmである、特許請求の範囲第1項または第2項
記載のブレーキシュー。 4、支持板と中間層と摩擦層とから構成されており、か
つプレート片等の形状の中間層が熱硬化性のプラスチッ
クと補強挿入体とから製作されていて、しかも該中間層
プレート片が中間層材料と熱活性化可能な接着剤との混
合物から製作されていて、しかも埋設されたガラスファ
イバネットを補強挿入体として含有しており、かつ均一
な厚さと粗面化された表面とを有している、ディスクブ
レーキ用のブレーキシューを、プレート片等の形状の中
間層を製作し、かつ該中間層を支持板および摩擦層と一
緒にプレス型内でプレスし、かつ硬化させることによっ
て結合してユニットにすることにより製作する方法にお
いて、中間層材料および熱活性化可能な接着剤を互いに
混合し、かつ混合物を板型内でガラスファイバネット上
に塗布し、かつガラスファイバネット上で均一に塗り広
げ、次いで乾燥し、かつこのようにして得られた、適切
な寸法の中間層プレート片を支持板および粉末状の摩擦
層材料と一緒にプレスし、かつ加熱することによって結
合して最終的なブレーキシューにすることを特徴とする
、ディスクブレーキ用のブレーキシューの製法。 5、溶剤によっても活性化可能である接着剤を使用し、
かつ中間層プレート片をこの接着剤のための溶剤を用い
て支持板と接着させ、かつこのようにして予備製作され
た支持板を粉末状の摩擦層材料と一緒にプレスし、かつ
加熱することによって結合して最終的なブレーキシュー
にする、特許請求の範囲第4項記載の方法
