した状態で分散させたる組成物を裏打紙上面に塗布、表
面材を貼着後100−120゛Cて加熱乾燥により半ゲ
ル化の工程に於て閉じ込められた水溶性徹少粒が加熱膨
張して上面を破って蒸発することによって、該接着層に
無数の微少気泡を残すことができる。一般的に通気性効
果はペースト状合成樹脂と水分との混合比率に比例する
。水分の配合比が大となれば通気性も大となることは当
然である。しかしながら実験によれば水のみで安定的に
混合てぎろ比率は、該合成樹脂100部に対して水15
部が限度である。本発明は合成樹脂接着層の実用上の強
度、接着性を配慮して、水を活性剤にて増粘することに
よって、該合成樹脂100部に対して増粘水溶物100
部の範囲まで安定的に懸濁分散させることを特徴とする
