(Conventional techniques and their problems) Wallpapers in which rough fabrics are pasted onto a synthetic resin layer have been seen in the past. The method used was to apply synthetic resin in stripes in the vertical direction and then attach coarse fabric or the like. They only had air permeability in specific parts of the synthetic resin layer, and did not have a full-fledged air permeability function.

(Description of composition) The present invention is a composition in which water is thickened with an activator to an appropriate viscosity in a solvent-type base I-type synthetic resin adhesive, and the aqueous solution is dispersed in a finely suspended state. After coating the material on the top surface of the backing paper and pasting the surface material, it is heated and dried at 100-120°C to semi-gel, and the water-soluble particles trapped in the semi-gelling process are heated and expanded, breaking the top surface and evaporating. By doing so, countless microbubbles can be left in the adhesive layer. Generally, the air permeability effect is proportional to the mixing ratio of pasty synthetic resin and water. Naturally, the higher the water content, the higher the air permeability. However, according to experiments, the ratio of stable mixing using only water is 15 parts of water to 100 parts of the synthetic resin.
The limit is 100%. The present invention takes into consideration the practical strength and adhesiveness of the synthetic resin adhesive layer, and by thickening water with an activator, 100 parts of a viscosity-enhancing aqueous solution is added to 100 parts of the synthetic resin.
It is characterized by being able to stably suspend and disperse up to 100% of the total amount.

以下その製造方法を説明する。The manufacturing method will be explained below.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to continuously produce wallpaper that has air permeability and moisture absorption properties, and has not only good design by adhering to the surface material but also is reinforced and strong. . still,
By printing a desired pattern on the surface of the non-woven fabric using gravure or screen methods, or by using a desired count and dyed color for coarse warp threads, combined with the effect of the embossed roll pattern, it is possible to create wall coverings with an extremely rich design. Is it possible to manufacture?
