[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is a construction board formed from a metal board, in particular, a so-called embossed board, in which a desired uneven pattern is applied to the board at a depth of about 0.1 to 1 mm, into a predetermined shape. , relating to the improvement of architectural boards used as exterior materials for architectural structures.

Recently, dry construction methods such as metal siding materials have been increasingly used as exterior wall members, compared to conventional mortar walls. However, when a wall is formed using this type of construction board, there are many joints, so-called joints, which are the greatest weak point. Moreover, this joint has disadvantages in that it lacks airtightness, waterproofness, and bonding strength. In other words, the joints had to be dimensioned with some allowance in relation to workability, and the formation of some gaps was unavoidable. In addition, the joints are exposed to harsh environments such as rain, wind, and temperature changes, and in addition, the end faces of this type of panel, especially the lower edge of the engagement groove, are extended and the tip thereof is bent upward. Since the steel plate itself is exposed to the outside air on the cut surface, it is difficult to prevent corrosion (rust) from occurring. Furthermore, the connecting parts of this type of panel undergo plastic deformation due to external forces during connection, and the spring back that strengthens the bonding force at the connecting part hardly acts, resulting in many detachments at the connecting part. . In particular, when compared to flat plate materials, architectural boards formed using embossed metal sheets have uneven gaps between the tongues and the engagement grooves, allowing heavy intrusion of rainwater and wind, and poor ventilation. Moreover, it had far greater drawbacks such as difficulty in construction.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention strengthens the waterproofness, airtightness, adhesive strength, and bonding strength of spring bags at the weakest point of this type of construction board, covers manufacturing errors, and further improves these. To propose a construction board that can be easily added at low cost.

An embodiment of the construction board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a metal main body (hereinafter simply referred to as the main body), which has a depth of 0.1 to 1 mm and is embossed with an arbitrary pattern. It is a metal plate material with a concave cross section and a rectangular outer shape, e.g. 2424 mm, 3030 mm. , 3636mm, etc. Reference numeral 2 denotes an insertion edge that protrudes outward from one side edge of the main body 1, and 3 an engagement groove that protrudes outward from the edge of the main body 1.
The other edge is bent inward and then outward again. Reference numeral 4 designates an extension portion that protrudes the lower edge of the engagement groove 3 outward, and reference numeral 5 designates a tongue piece that extends the tip of the extension portion 4 outward into a U-shaped cross section, e.g.
It is bent as shown in Figures a to j to mainly drain water, prevent danger at the end face, and strengthen the bonding force by elasticity (spring back) to the connecting portion. 6 is a hot melt adhesive (under attachment,
The water cross section 5a at the tip of the tongue piece 5 is
It covers the extension part 4 and the tongue piece 5 and is implanted in a linear or band shape. In particular, as shown in FIG. 3, the thickness H of the adhesive 6 implanted in the concave portions of the embossed irregularities is greater than the depth h of the embossed irregularities. This thickness is necessary to prevent and close gaps in the connecting portion due to the unevenness caused by embossing. Further, the adhesive 6 is a soft material having elasticity, waterproofness, adhesiveness, and flexibility. Of course, the adhesive 6 is used to strengthen waterproofness and bonding strength at joints when connecting architectural boards. That is, when the adhesive 6 is inserted into the engagement groove 3 and connected, the construction boards are pressed together by the spring back of the tongue piece 5, but at this time, the embossed material made on the main body 1 The flexibility, adhesiveness, and thickness of the adhesive 6 close the gaps caused by the unevenness caused by processing, thereby strengthening the waterproof property. Moreover, since the adhesive 6 covers the cut surface 5a of the tongue piece 5,
When storing and stocking construction boards, the cut surface 5a
This prevents contact with moisture in the air and helps prevent rust. A specific example of the adhesive 6 is a pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive whose main component is rubber, with a softening point of about 100 to 120°C and a viscosity of about 100 to 120°C.
5000CPS/(180℃) or 300000~
It exhibits physical properties of 700,000 CPS/(150°C) and is intended to be planted within a temperature range of 140 to 190°C.

Next, a construction example will be explained. Now, in order to form an outer wall using the construction board shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. Fix the positions 10 mm apart with nails B, insert the insertion edge 2 of the construction board β into this engagement groove 3, and fix the extension part 4 through the nails B in the same way as above. All you have to do is repeat the steps one after another. Note that the tongue piece 5 and the adhesive 6 were molded and implanted as shown in FIG. Furthermore, the thickness H of the part of the adhesive 6 implanted in the recessed part by embossing is 2.
~4mm, depth h of unevenness due to embossing is 0.3

In addition, if the length l 1 of the insertion edge 2 and the length from the innermost part of the engagement groove 3 to the tongue piece 5 are l 2 , then l 2 ≒ l 1 so that the main bodies 1 are in contact with each other, and in addition, An embossing pattern was formed as shown in Figure 5a. At {539.37Pa}, we checked for water leakage to the back side of the construction board, but no water leakage was observed. In addition,
All conventional products leaked water.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the construction board according to the present invention, and the shape of the construction board may include, for example, the core material (synthetic resin foam,
It is also possible to fill it with plasterboard (such as plasterboard) 7, attach a backing material 8, or provide a protrusion 10 between the extension part 4 and the tongue piece 5. In addition, when filling the core material 7,
The length l 1 of the insertion edge 2 and the length l 2 from the innermost part of the engagement groove 3 to the tongue piece 5 may have a relationship of l 1 ≦l 2 . This is tongue piece 5
This is because the core material 7 comes into contact with the core material 7. Also, adhesive 6
Sodium borate, ammonium phosphate, pentaethrite, dicyandiamide, sodium silicate, etc.
It is also possible to add more than one seed to form an inorganic foam layer when the architectural board is exposed to high heat, greatly improving the fire resistance of the joint. moreover,
A tongue piece 5' similar to the tongue piece 5 described above can also be formed on the end surface of the insertion edge 2. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the adhesive 6 can also be implanted in the innermost part of the engagement groove 3.

As mentioned above, the construction board according to the present invention has a connection part with an uneven pattern that is directly exposed to harsh environments such as rainwater, temperature changes, wind, and snow, especially the cut surface of the tongue piece. The walls are coated with an adhesive that is sticky, waterproof, and elastic, and the walls are constructed in such a way that the unevenness is covered by the adhesive, which closes the gaps that occur between the joints due to the elasticity and flexibility of the adhesive, making it the weakest point. It has the characteristic of greatly improving the weather resistance, waterproofness, airtightness, and rust prevention of the connecting parts. Furthermore, since the adhesive has tackiness and the above-described tongue piece is formed to exert the spring back, the bonding force of the connecting portion is strengthened. Further, since the adhesive is soft (flexible) and has elasticity, it is possible to very easily block the inside and outside of the joint where uneven gaps occur, and there is an advantage that construction can be performed with high efficiency.
