A conventional board had a structure as shown in FIG. 1a. Therefore, when these boards are connected to form a wall, the connecting parts are hard metal plates that come into contact with each other, so it is impossible to immediately prevent gaps from forming at the contact parts, and it is difficult to maintain airtightness, waterproofness, and heat insulation. There were some shortcomings. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1b, it is also possible to use a board in which at least one of the sealing materials A and A' is implanted. However, at the position of the sealing material A, there was a disadvantage that the above-mentioned function could not be obtained sufficiently unless the male and female type connecting portions were completely connected. Furthermore, since the sealing material A is directly exposed to the harsh outside air at the position of the sealing material A, its lifespan is short and there is a drawback that it must be repaired. Furthermore, when filling the sealing material A, it was not possible to grasp the planting situation positionally, resulting in poor work efficiency. Additionally, when producing this type of board on an integrated line, the sealant A' had to be planted from the back side, making it impossible to check the placement status.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention makes it possible to easily install a sealing material, and to provide sufficient waterproofness, airtightness, and heat insulation at the connection part even if the boards are insufficiently connected. At the same time, we propose a board with greatly enhanced mechanical strength of the insertion edge.

An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a typical example of the board according to the present invention, where 1 is a surface material, and as shown in FIGS. direction 2
A main body part 5 has a concave cross-section and is made up of two side walls 3 and 4 whose side edges are bent downward, an insertion edge 6 whose lower end edge of the side wall 3 protrudes outward, and a longitudinal direction in the middle of the insertion edge 6. A male connecting portion 8 is formed from one or more protruding stripes 6a or concave stripes 6a' formed along the ridges, and a tongue piece 7 formed by bending the tip of the insertion edge 6, and the lower end edge of the side wall 4 is An insertion groove 9 formed by bending the insertion groove 9 to protrude outward again, an extension part 11 extending the lower edge 10 of the insertion groove 9 outward, and a protrusion 12 provided as necessary in the middle of the extension part 9. It is composed of a tongue piece 13 having a bent tip end of a portion 11, and a female type connecting portion 14 formed from a bent tongue piece 13. To explain further, the material of the surface material 1 is a hard base material, such as a thin metal plate,
It is made of so-called colored steel plates, galvalume steel plates, stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. Reference numeral 15 indicates an upper layer 15a and a lower layer 15 which are made of synthetic resin foam (hereinafter simply referred to as foam) and are separated for convenience.
It mainly consists of insulation materials, waterproof materials, moisture-proof materials,
It functions as a sound absorbing material, cushioning material, vibration isolating material, and adhesive. To explain further, the upper layer 15
A is a form formed in the concave portion 1' of the main body portion 5, and the form 15b is formed by extending the back surface of the form 15a downward in an area of Δ, excluding the so-called cutout portion 16 (which is not actually divided). It consists of a protruding portion, a lower edge 10, and a portion laminated on the back surface of the extension portion 11 and protruding downward, and the back surface is a flat surface. In addition, Δ
is determined by the relative relationship between the depth d of the insertion groove 9 and the length L of the insertion edge 6. Further, specific examples of foam 15 include polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam, polyisocyanurate foam (including phenol and urethane modified),
Phenol foam, and mineral fibers (glass fiber, asbestos fiber, rock wool), carbon fiber, metal fiber, pearlite grains,
These include foams containing shirasu balloons, vermiculite, glass beads, etc. The blending ratio of this type of additive varies depending on the purpose, but is, for example, about 5 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the foam raw material. 17 is a sheet-like material (hereinafter simply referred to as a sheet) made of a relatively strong material, and form 1
5 and the vicinity of the side wall 3 of the insertion edge 6. This sheet 17 mainly provides the sandwich structure of the board, is waterproof, functions as a release paper when forming the foam 15, and prevents leakage of the foam raw material to the outside. Materials for the sheet 17 include waterproofed asbestos paper, kraft paper, synthetic resin sheet, asphalt felt, and metal foil (A, Cu,
Pb) or a sheet laminated with one or more of these. Reference numeral 18 denotes a sealing material having waterproofness, cushioning properties, and, if necessary, heat insulation properties.
At least one tree has been planted. Specific examples of the sealing material 18 include rubber-based, synthetic rubber-based,
A synthetic resin-based and hot-melt gel-like composition is implanted in a linear manner, or a molded body made of the above material is implanted, and its cross section may be mountain-shaped, semicircular, or triangular. They can be square, elliptical, band-shaped, etc. Further, the height Δh is about 1 to 5 mm, and the width ΔW is about 2 to 10 mm.

First, as shown in FIG.

into the insertion groove 9 of the connector, and the female connecting portion 1 at the other end.
4 (not shown) with nails 20.
In this case, as is clear from the figure, the waterproofness of the joint is determined by the sealing material 18 covering the gap formed between the back side of the insertion edge 6 of board A 2 and the extension part 11 of board A 1 with adhesiveness and waterproofness. The gap is closed with a flexible sealing material 18 that can be deformed according to the shape of the gap. Therefore, sufficient waterproofness, airtightness, and heat insulation properties of the connecting portion can be obtained.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and the board may also be formed as shown in FIGS. 5a-d, 6a-d, and 7a-e. That is, in FIG. 5a, the layer on the lower surface of the extension of the foam 15b is filled with an aggregate 21, for example, a foamable inorganic material such as pearlite grains, borax, or sodium metaborate.
A board with reinforced compression resistance and fire protection at the joints.
Figures b and c show a board with the back surface of the form 15 deformed, and figure d shows the lower edge of the side wall 3 of the facing material 1 bent inward and then protruding outward again without forming a gap, and the inner surface of this bent part. This figure shows a board in which one end of the sheet 17 is laminated on the top and bottom of the board. FIG. 6a shows the surface material 1 in which the tongue piece 7 is bent inward, and b to d show the surface material 1 in which the side walls 3 and 4 are inclined. Furthermore, FIGS. 7a to 7e show the case where the sealing material 18 is implanted at the position shown in the figure. Although not shown, the surface material 1 can also be embossed.

As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Since the sealing material is implanted on the back side of the convex and concave stripes provided on the insertion edge, the implantation work is easy and accurate. In addition, since the sealing material is not directly exposed to harsh outside air, wind, and rain, it has the characteristic of having a long life with little performance deterioration. Furthermore, the connection part of the board,
In particular, the gap formed between the insertion edge and the extension can be completely closed with the adhesiveness and flexibility of the hot-melt gel-like sealant, so it has excellent waterproof, airtight, and heat-insulating properties. be. Furthermore, since the insertion edge is provided with protrusions and grooves, the mechanical strength is strong and the engagement force of the connecting portion is strengthened.
