Conventionally, when a wall was formed using siding boards, the joints, so-called joints, had male and female structures, such as Utility Model Publication No. 46-20440, Utility Model Number 54-
It is formed as in Publication No. 21373. Therefore,
When the connecting portion of contact between these rigid substrates is exposed to wind and rain, there is a drawback that rainwater easily leaks from the unevenness of the contact surface. In addition, siding boards with well-known packing materials arranged in the joints, such as Jikosho
No. 50-899 and Jikko No. 50-5217 exist. In this panel, the elastic packing material is affixed to the female connector with an adhesive. However, it is difficult to stick a long, thin and flexible elastic packing material in a straight line to the joints of metal plates formed by plastic processing.
Moreover, the work was complicated and required skill. In addition, this type of packing material is compatible with architectural panels in which the shape and gap of the connecting parts are always constant; if the shape and gap are different, an elastic packing material of a corresponding size must be used. Ta. Furthermore, if a deformation beyond elasticity occurs in the connecting portion when the panel is attached, there is no ability to cover this deformation, and there is a problem in that rainwater may infiltrate from this portion. Another drawback is that if the relationship between the elasticity and the gap between the connecting parts is extremely loose, rainwater or the like can enter through the fibers of the waterproof paper or through small gaps due to capillary action. In addition, siding boards with a waterproof structure made by planting a jelly-like packing material are commercially available, but they require a single hit during construction, and if the installation fails, the packing material will fall onto the insertion side. This had the disadvantage of not only being glued together but also significantly ``shifting'' from the original planting position, reducing the waterproofing function by half, as well as greatly reducing work efficiency.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention implants a fluid or paste-like packing material raw material in the insertion groove, making it easier to install the packing material, and improving the waterproofness of the joint and the construction process. prevent damage,
To provide a siding board which can greatly improve work efficiency without adhesion during construction, and furthermore can form a joint part equipped with a predetermined packing material regardless of the cross-sectional shape of an insertion groove.

An embodiment of the siding board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a typical example of the above-mentioned siding board, and 1 is a main body having a rectangular or rectangular shape with a concave cross section. Reference numeral 2 denotes a male connecting portion, which is formed from an insert edge 3 projecting outward from one edge of the main body 1 and a flap-like tongue piece 4 whose tip is bent upward or downward. Reference numeral 5 denotes a synthetic resin coating layer that covers at least the upper half of the tongue piece 4 as shown in FIGS. This is to prevent damage when coming into contact with the material, and to create a more airtight seal with the packing material described later. Specific materials include paint resins, thermocompression bonded synthetic resin sealants, etc., with a thickness of about 0.05 to 1 mm, preferably 2 to 3 times as low foam, and a slightly tough surface. It consists of a skin layer. Reference numeral 6 denotes a female connecting portion which bends the other side edge of the main body 1 inwardly and projects outward again to form a substantially U-shaped insertion groove 7 and its lower edge 8.
It is formed from an extension part 9 that extends and protrudes outward, a protrusion 10 that protrudes along the side wall 1a of the main body 1 in the middle of the extension part 9, and a flap-shaped tongue piece 11 that is bent upward at the tip of the extension part 9. It is. The tongue piece 11 serves to prevent the packing material from being damaged as described below, and also to strengthen the waterproof effect and engagement force by contacting the packing material over a wide area, and the protrusion 10 has a secondary waterproof function. The tongue piece 11 serves as a fulcrum for adding elasticity to the insertion edge of the adjacent siding board, and the tongue piece 11 prevents it from breaking when it comes into contact with the backing material described later, strengthens the airtightness of the contact area, and further extends the tongue piece 11. It also serves as a reinforcing material to prevent the portion 9 from warping or twisting. Reference numeral 12 denotes a heat insulating material that is filled into the concave portion of the main body 1 by foaming in place, by sandwiching a molded body, or by using an adhesive (not shown), such as synthetic resin foam (polyurethane foam, polyisocyanate, Nurate foam, polyurea foam, phenol foam, polystyrene foam, vinyl chloride foam, polyethylene foam, and these mixed with one or more of borates, silicates, perlite grains, and fibers, so-called flame retardant and mechanical strength foams. (including reinforced foam, etc.),
Mineral fiberboard (sheathing insulation board, insulation board, rock wool,
glass wool), gypsum board, calcium silicate board,
It consists of a calcium carbonate plate, etc. Reference numeral 13 covers the back surface of the heat insulating material 12 with a backing material, and if necessary, it is stretched so as to be bonded to the lower surface 3a of the insertion edge 3 and the lower edge 8. Examples of this material include asphalt felt, synthetic resin sheet, asbestos paper, metal foil (Al, Cu, Fe, Pb), kraft paper, or a laminate of two or more of them, or a material that has been treated with waterproof treatment. It is a sheet-like material, etc. 1
4 is a packing material, which is planted so as to fill at least 1/2 depth from the deepest part of the insertion groove 7 as shown in the enlarged extract in Figure 3, and the insertion edge of the adjacent siding board. contact with the tongue piece 4 under at least some elasticity to improve the waterproofness of the connection part, and
This prevents damage and rust. A specific example of this is a liquid or paste-like raw material that foams after implantation and exhibits cushioning properties. The outer surface 14a becomes a slightly tough and non-adhesive skin layer, and the deeper layer 14b has a foamed structure or a flexible structure. An example thereof is a low-foamed polyurethane resin, which is a liquid raw material, and a polyurethane elastomer. Paste raw materials include pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive, flexible rubber-based adhesive on the outer surface 14a, calcium carbonate powder, calcium silicate powder, gypsum powder, calcium hydroxide powder, phosphoric acid powder. The packing material 14 is coated with inorganic powder such as stone powder, lime powder, etc. to prevent the adhesiveness of the packing material 14, and the substance also strengthens fireproofing properties.

Now, as shown in FIG. 4, the extension part 9 of the siding board as shown in FIG. 1 is fixed on the trunk rim A with nails B. Next, insert the insertion edge 3 of the adjacent siding board into this insertion groove 7, and insert the tongue piece 4.
is brought into contact with the packing material 14 so as to exhibit waterproofness and airtightness. As the synthetic resin coating layer 5, polyurethane resin was applied to a thickness of about 50 microns and foamed to a thickness of about 1 mm. In addition, packing material 14
The pressure-sensitive hot-melt adhesive was planted to a thickness of approximately 3 mm, and calcium carbonate powder (250 mesh) was sprinkled on the surface to reduce adhesive strength. Therefore, in order to construct the wall, the above-described operations may be repeated in sequence. Therefore, we conducted a watertight test (JIS-A-6711) for the joints of this wall.
When we conducted the previous siding board, we found that water leakage was observed on the back side, and due to capillary action through the backing material, the back side could become significantly water-filled during long-term tests. . In contrast, with the siding board according to the present invention, there was no leakage at all, and no capillary phenomenon was observed in the backing material. Furthermore, as a result of disassembling and observing one joint part after connection, we found that tongue piece 4, insertion groove 7
No damage was observed. In addition, during construction, experiments were carried out by repeatedly attaching and removing the insertion groove and the insertion edge several times, but the packing material 14 did not adhere to the insertion edge tongue piece 4 of the adjacent siding board at all. figure,
Moreover, no "shift" was observed in the original position.

As described above, the siding board according to the present invention has the feature that the waterproofness and airtightness of the male and female connecting structures can be reliably strengthened. Further, since the packing material to be planted in the insertion groove is in liquid or paste form, it is very easy to plant it, and there is an advantage that the packing material can be filled at the same time as the siding board is being manufactured. Furthermore, during construction, the packing material does not "slip" or adhere to other parts, which improves work efficiency. In addition, since a synthetic resin coating layer is formed on the tongue piece 4 of the insertion edge,
It is possible to prevent rust at the edge of the tongue piece, prevent damage to other parts during construction, and also greatly improve adhesion with packing material. In addition, since the insertion groove and the flap-like tongues on the insertion edge come into contact, there is no damage to the insertion groove, and it has excellent rust prevention, and the outer surface of the packing material is formed with a slightly tough skin layer. Because of this, the packing material does not break and a good contact structure is created.
