Female structure, e.g. Jikko No. 46-20440, Jikko No. 54-
It is formed as in Publication No. 21373. Therefore,
When the connecting portion of contact between these rigid substrates is exposed to wind and rain, there is a drawback that rainwater easily leaks from the unevenness of the contact surface. We also offer siding boards with well-known packing materials placed in the joints, such as Jikkosho.
No. 50-899 and Utility Model No. 50-5217 exist. In this panel, the elastic packing material is affixed to the female connector with an adhesive. However, it is difficult and complicated work to attach a long, thin and flexible elastic packing material to the joints of metal plates formed by plastic processing in a straight line, and it requires skill. Ta.
In addition, this type of packing material is compatible with architectural panels in which the shape and gap of the connecting parts are always constant; if the shape and gap are different, an elastic packing material of a corresponding size must be used. Ta. Furthermore, if a deformation beyond elasticity occurs in the connecting portion when the panel is attached, there is no ability to cover this deformation, and there is an inconvenience that rainwater may infiltrate from this portion. Another drawback is that if the relationship between the elasticity and the gap between the connecting parts is extremely loose, rainwater or the like can enter through the fibers of the waterproof paper or through small gaps due to capillary action. Furthermore, recently, it has been proposed to use a hot melt caulking agent as a waterproof material, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 145035/1983. However, in the case of this publication, the waterproof material is melted and implanted, but it has the disadvantage that the connecting portion becomes dirty because it is sticky even at room temperature, and furthermore, it is difficult to pack it. In addition, when hot melt caulking agent A is used as shown in Figure 1, it is difficult to reliably install it in the innermost part of insertion groove B, and in addition, the joint width when panels C are connected is Gaps △G of various widths are likely to be formed due to the difficulty of insertion due to the thickness of the insertion edge D and the hot melt caulking agent A, the unevenness of the installed amount, or the adhesiveness of ΔW. The joint width △W became uneven, which had the disadvantage of degrading the aesthetic appearance.

る。 In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention uses a hot melt caulking agent in a plastic state that is adhesive, elastic, waterproof, and heat resistant (does not sag even at 70 to 90 degrees Celsius). It is planted in one place in the middle of the mold connection part that is not exposed to the outside appearance, so that it can fully respond to changes in the shape and gap of the connection part, prevents rainwater from entering, is easy to construct, and forms a beautiful appearance joint. Provide siding boards that can be used.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a typical example of the above-mentioned board, in which 1 has a rectangular decorative surface 2 as a main body, and has a concave or substantially rectangular longitudinal section (described later). It is something. Reference numeral 3 denotes a male type connecting part, which has an insertion edge 5 that protrudes outward from the lower edge of one side wall 4 of the main body 1 , and 6 denotes a female type connecting part, which extends the lower edge of the other side wall 7 of the main body 1 inwardly. It is composed of an insertion groove 8 which is bent and protrudes outward again and has a U-shaped cross section, and an extension part 10 whose lower edge 9 extends outward. In the figure, tongue pieces 11 and 12 are formed at the tip of the insertion edge 5 and the extension part 10, and a protrusion 13 is formed along the longitudinal direction in the middle of the extension part 10, but these may be provided if necessary. Its purpose is to prevent danger during construction and function as a guide, as well as to strengthen the connection force. 14 is a core material that mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a reinforcing material, a back-up material, an adhesive, and a bulking material. ), and the materials include, for example, synthetic resin foam (polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, polyurea foam, phenol foam, polystyrene foam, vinyl chloride foam, polyethylene foam alone, or boric acid in these foams). (Includes so-called flame-retardant and mechanically strengthened foams that contain one or more of salt, silicate, pearlite grains, and fibers), mineral fiberboard (sheathing insulation board, insulation board, etc.) sion board,
(rock wool, glass wool), gypsum board, calcium silicate board, calcium carbonate board, a single unit, or a composite structure of one or more of these. Reference numeral 15 is a back material that covers the back surface of the core material 14 and is attached to the lower surface 5a of the insertion edge 5 and the back surface 9a of the lower edge 9 if necessary. Examples of this material include asphalt felt, synthetic resin sheet, asbestos paper, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb),
It is a laminate of one or more types of kraft paper, or a sheet-like material that has been subjected to waterproof treatment. 16 is a hot melt caulking agent (hereinafter simply referred to as caulking agent), which is a soft material in a plastic state having adhesiveness, cushioning properties, and waterproofing properties. Specifically, for example, the main component is synthetic rubber, the melting temperature is 90-200℃, and the viscosity is 1000-200℃.
10400CPS, softening point 100~110℃, no heat sagging (apply caulking agent to a slate board at 76~80℃, hold it vertically, and it won't sag even after 72 hours).
In addition, there is no UV deterioration, no cracking, no discoloration, no change in hardness, and also sufficient flowability (it retains its shape by flowing only 2 to 3 mm). Weather resistance remains unchanged even after 72 hours, and adhesive strength is maintained at 20°C and at a tensile speed of 50mm/
It has a performance of 30 to 60 kg/mm 2 at min.
Of course, all caulking agents having similar physical properties are included. In addition, this caulking agent is applied in one place on the lower edge surface 9b of the insertion groove 8, which is not exposed to the external appearance of the female connecting part 6, in a linear or strip shape along the longitudinal direction, for example, in a circular, semicircular, or trapezoidal cross section. ,
Plant in a triangular, quadrangular, oval, mountain-shaped, or similar cross-section. To explain further, the caulking agent 16 is applied to the lower edge 9 of the insertion groove 8 (the part existing between W from the side edge 7 to the innermost part of the insertion groove 8).
Because the caulking agent 16 is planted in the middle of the surface 9b with a width Δl and a height Δh, it is possible to prevent the caulking agent 16 from being exposed on the external appearance of the female joint part, thereby preventing contamination during packaging, peeling off, deformation, and displacement of the caulking agent. It is possible to prevent the displacement of the caulking agent during the construction of the siding board, and the insertion edge 5 of the siding board can be prevented.
By directly abutting the insertion groove 8 and the insertion groove 8, it is possible to prevent the joint width from changing due to the caulking agent and maintain a constant joint width. In addition, △l is smaller than the depth of the insertion groove 8, and the height △h is smaller than the height H of the insertion groove 8, or
They are on the same level.

When we connected them as shown in the figure and conducted a watertight test (JIS-A-6711) on this part (joint area), we found that water leakage was observed on the back side of the previous siding board, and water leaked through the back material. Due to capillary action, it remained significantly water-filled during long-term tests. On the other hand, there was no water leakage at all in the wall joints using the siding board according to the present invention, and no capillary phenomenon to the backing material was observed. Also,
Since the caulking agent 16 is not present in the extension portion 10, it is easy to pack, and the caulking agent 16 is not present in the extension portion 10.
The planting position did not change at all, and furthermore, the work of inserting the insertion edge 5 during construction was extremely easy. This ease of construction is believed to be due to the process in which the insertion edge 5 slides over the top of the sticky caulking agent 16.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 4a to 4e, a core material 14 is provided on the lower surface of the extension, and its elasticity can also be utilized to strengthen airtightness and waterproofness due to the synergistic effect with the caulking agent. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, the present invention can also be applied to a siding board in which a main body, an insertion edge, an insertion groove, and a core are formed by itself, and a siding board with a canope structure (not shown). Although not shown, instead of the caulking agent 16, one type of synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, etc.
Alternatively, two or more kinds of raw materials can be discharged and formed into a packing material of a predetermined shape, so that the material can be integrally formed in the middle of the lower edge surface 9b.

It has the feature that rainwater does not leak to the back side of the siding board even in the event of wind and rain. Furthermore, since the caulking agent of this siding is plastic, it can easily follow the shape of the base, making the construction process extremely efficient. Furthermore, since the caulking agent is planted at the lower edge of the insertion groove, there is a great feature that the extension part will not be contaminated and the caulking agent will not peel off or be displaced during packaging and transportation. Moreover, since caulking agent is sticky,
It has the feature that the connecting parts of both siding boards can be fixed together without using any adhesive.
