[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. This type of board that has traditionally been used is Special Publication No. 51-29339, Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of damage at the rising parts during construction. In addition, this board has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface and spoil the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since none of the boards have a backing material, condensation may form on the back of the decorative surface, causing rust and
The walls themselves lacked heat insulation, fireproofing, and soundproofing properties, and the decorative surfaces could not be prevented from deforming. Moreover, the boards themselves were easily deformed and lacked connection strength. Furthermore, no matter which of the above-mentioned boards are used, many of the connecting parts of the boards are in direct contact with the base material, so condensation often corrodes the base material, and it is difficult to protect the building frame from earthquakes. Since the vibrations and deformation of the parts are directly transmitted, they have the disadvantage of being easy to separate. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms a locking part, an escape groove, and a guide/side wall on the lower edge of the decorative surface, provides at least one decorative groove in the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface, and A heat insulating material is filled in the concave part on the back side of the surface material with the engaging part and fixing part formed on the edge.
The back side is covered with a backing material, and it is formed integrally so that the decorative surface does not have any dents, deformation, warping, or twisting. In addition, it greatly strengthens the engagement force of the connecting part to prevent separation, and is easy to install and waterproof. The purpose of the present invention is to propose a board that can be used to construct a wall body that has excellent durability, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, fire prevention, cushioning, productivity, and vibration-proofing properties, and has beautiful joints with a rich three-dimensional effect. An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board. 1 is a surface material formed by molding, extruding, etc. a metal plate (flat plate, embossed plate) or a synthetic resin plate into the shape shown below. Reference numeral 2 denotes an elongated decorative surface (hereinafter simply referred to as a decorative surface), on which at least one decorative groove 3 is formed along the longitudinal direction. The decorative groove 3 is mainly used to prevent the decorative surface 2 from warping, twisting, and cracking, and to prevent the insulation material 16 from peeling off, and to make it difficult to distinguish between the joints of the wall and the decorative groove 3 when the board is installed.
This design not only creates a beautiful appearance with a unified pattern, but also helps create a three-dimensional feel despite its size. To explain further, the decorative groove 3 has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, and the so-called vertical bottom surface 3a and its upper edge are angled outward at θ 1 (right angle) with the horizontal upper surface 3b perpendicular to the decorative surface 2 and the lower edge thereof. It is formed from a lower inclined surface 3c which is inclined upward at the rear at an angle θ 2 (acute angle).
Reference numeral 4 denotes a locking portion which bends the lower end of the decorative surface 2 inward to form a substantially L-shaped longitudinal section. To explain further, the locking part 4 is formed of a decorative surface 2, a so-called substantially horizontal bottom surface 5 with an angle of θ≒75 to 115 degrees, and a locking piece 6 that is substantially perpendicular to the top. The length up to 6 is shortened to minimize the deformation of the locking part 4 , and the shading created by the right angle promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joint, and the locking piece 6 makes contact with the engaging part 9, which will be described later, over a large area. It also functions as a guide during construction, a stable support piece, and a waterproof surface. Reference numeral 7 denotes an escape groove which bends the upper end of the locking piece 6 inward and is formed in a U-shape along the back surface of the locking part 4 , and is mainly used to reinforce the locking part 4 and to strengthen the tip of the locking piece 6. This is useful for preventing the locking part from becoming sharp like a knife, and for reliably and easily attaching the locking part 4 to the engaging part 9, which will be described later. Reference numeral 8 denotes a guide and a side wall, which is formed by an inclined piece 8a by bending the upper edge of the relief groove 7 inward and a tongue piece 8b whose tip is extended vertically, and serves as a cover for the heat insulating material 16 to be described later and as a side profile material. It's useful. Incidentally, the inclined piece 8a is made to protrude from the surface of the locking piece 6. Reference numeral 9 denotes an engaging portion, which connects the upper end of the decorative surface 2 with an inclined surface 10 that slopes upwardly at an angle θ 2 ' corresponding to the angle θ 2 , and a surface 11 extending vertically upward from the edge thereof. It is formed from a rib-shaped protrusion 12 inclined at an angle θ 3 (acute angle) with respect to the surface of the ground 11, and mainly functions as a joint base . It is useful for reducing contact between the surface material 1 and the like, for vibration isolation, and for storing a heat insulating material 16 (described later), such as synthetic resin foam, and as a side profile material without leaking raw material. . To explain further, the inclined surface 10 improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joint ground surface 11, and promotes a three-dimensional appearance when the joint is formed.
It is useful for increasing the range of work. Also,
The joint basement surface 11 consists of a vertical surface or a substantially vertical surface, and serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion and as a guide for the locking piece 6, and the protrusion 12 engages the locking piece 6 under a certain elasticity and , rain return, and reinforcement and triangular bent portion 1 to prevent deformation of the surface material 1
2a prevents capillary action between the locking piece 6 and the protrusion 12, and the outer surface 12
The lower edge of b protrudes horizontally or inclined by Δh from the lower edge of the inner surface 12c, and the engagement portion 9 with the base
In addition to reducing the contact area of
It serves as one side of the mold that houses the 6.
In particular, for the protruding surface 12d that protrudes by Δh, for example, a horizontal surface, a flat plate material such as a steel belt can be used to convey the surface material 1 , and the rotation speed can be much higher than that of a mold such as a caterpillar, which greatly increases productivity. This will lead to improvement and cost reduction. Incidentally, it is preferable that the angle θ 3 is such that only the surface that the locking piece 6 contacts is inclined in order to strengthen the engagement force. The specific angle θ 3 is the height of the base 5
It is determined by dimensions such as h 1 and the width W of the surface material 1 . 13 is a fixed part outside 12b of the protrusion 12
The lower edge of the frame is extended vertically upward, and nails B are attached to the frame (frame, studs, frame, base board) A as shown in Figure 3, mainly with the surface material 1 in a position where rainwater does not leak. It is useful for fixing through. 14
The tip of the fixing part 13 is formed into a flap shape as necessary with a tongue piece, and is mainly used to prevent danger during construction.
This also prevents deformation such as waving of the fixed portion 13. 15 is a concave portion with a decorative surface 2, a decorative groove 3,
It is a part surrounded by the guide/side wall 8 and the back surface of the engaging part 9 , and 16 is a heat insulating material, for example, synthetic resin foam, which is self-adhesive to the recess 15.
Alternatively, the molded body is integrally filled with adhesive,
It mainly functions as a core material, cushion material, reinforcing material, adhesive, soundproofing material, moisture-proofing material, and rust-preventing material.
The material for the heat insulating material 16 may be a synthetic resin foam, a lightweight inorganic material such as a molded body of calcium carbonate, or a raw material filled into the recess 15 to form a molded body. In particular, raw materials for synthetic resin foam include resins for polyurethane foam, resins for polyisocyanurate foam, resins for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide). , antimony trioxide, bentonite),
It is made of one or more of pearlite grains and shirasu balloons. In the case of synthetic resin foam, raw materials are discharged into the recesses 15 to react and foam, and the self-adhesive properties at that time are used to integrate the materials. 17 is the backing material and insulation material 1
6 to cover at least the exposed surface of the board, make the board a side German structure, and improve the mechanical strength of the board itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, waterproof membrane, heat shield sheet,
1. Water absorbing sheets, soundproof sheets, packing materials, etc.
Functionally useful materials such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (A, Pb, Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet,
It is made of one type of cloth sheet, glass cloth, a combination of one or more of these, or a sheet treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. In addition, it is more preferable that the upper end of the back material 17 is adhered to the back surface of the fixing part 13. Here, to briefly explain the sizes of the above-mentioned parts, in the decorative groove 3, the length of the bottom surface 3a is 1 ,
The width of the opening is W1 , the depth is d, the length of the locking piece 6 in the locking part 4 is 2 , the height of the bottom side 5 is h1 , and the height from the decorative surface 2 to the tongue piece 8b is h. 6. In the engaging part 9 , the width of the eye surface 11 is W 2 , the width from the tip of the ridge 12 to the upper edge of the inclined surface 10 is W 3 , and the width from the upper end of the decorative surface 2 to the ridge 12 is W 2 . W 4 , the height of the inclined surface 10 is h 2 , the protrusion 1 from the back surface of the fixed part 13
h 3 is the height from the surface of the joint subsurface 11 to the protrusion 12, h 4 is the height from the decorative surface 2 to the fixing part 13, and h 5 is the thickness of the surface material 1 . t, the joint opening width of the wall with the board installed is W 5 , the joint bottom width is W 6 , and the thickness of each part of the insulation material 16 is t 1 , t 2 , t 3 , for example, h 1 ≒ d=h 2 , 1 = W 6 , W 6 + 2
=W 2 , W 4 >W 1 , θ 2 ≒θ′ 2 , Δh=h 3 −h 4 , h 4 ≦h 1 ,
h 4 ≦h 2 , d+Δh=h 5 , t 1 = h 5 −t, t 2 = h 5 −d,
t 3 = h 5 − (t + h 2 ), h 6 ≒ t 1 , W 31 , W 1 ≒ W 5 ,
h 2 > h 4 , W 2 > 2 , h 2 ≧h 1 , t 1 >h 1 , t 1 >h 2 . Next, a construction example will be explained. Assume now that the boards shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall.
Therefore, the first stage board ○I is fixed to the frame A, such as a stud, wall base, or main pillar, via nails B. Next, the locking part 4 of the second stage board ○○ is engaged with the engaging part 9 of the first stage board ○a, and the fixing part 1
3 to the frame A in the same manner as above. Therefore, in order to construct the entire outer wall, the above-mentioned steps may be performed sequentially from the base side toward the girder. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and FIGS. 4 a to c, 5 a to f, and 6
It can also be formed as shown in Figures a to g, Figures 7 a to f, and Figures 8 a to d. That is, in FIGS. 4a to 4c, there are decorative grooves 3 on the decorative surface 2.
5A to 5F show a part of the board in which the vertical cross-sectional shape of the decorative groove 3 is modified, and FIG. ~g indicates the deformation of the locking part 4 , and the seventh
Figures a to f show modified examples of the protrusion 12;
d is a modification of the vicinity of the locking portion 4 . As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
There is no capillary phenomenon in the continuous structure of the locking part and the engaging part, and the gap between the locking piece of the locking part and the protrusion of the engaging part prevents rainwater from flowing inside the surface material. It has the characteristic that it does not corrode the foundation or the inside of the wall because it does not leak. Additionally, the board is fixed in a location where rainwater does not infiltrate, which has the advantage of preventing rust from forming on the fixtures. Furthermore, since the decorative grooves are formed on the decorative surface, the long board does not deteriorate in appearance due to warping, twisting, or sagging. Moreover,
Since the vertical section of the decorative groove has a scalene trapezoid shape, the appearance is the same as the joint when boards are connected, and unlike conventional wall surfaces, the joints function as a pattern, making it possible to create a wall with a beautiful appearance. . In addition, the decorative grooves and joints have the same vertical cross-section, such as a scalene trapezoid shape, so they drain well and create a three-dimensional effect rather than their actual dimensions. Furthermore, by creating a height difference of Δh between the joint ground and the fixed part, and by matching the height relationship between the locking part and the engaging part, there is less area in direct contact between the base and the board, and the cushioning properties are also improved. Because of the heat insulating material provided, the transmission of vibration to the board is small, and the connection part has the advantage of being difficult to separate. In addition, because the recess is integrally filled with insulation material and the back side is covered with a backing material, the board has a side German trench structure, which improves the board's sound insulation, heat insulation, vibration damping, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical properties. It has the feature of greatly improved strength. Furthermore, since the guide and side wall is formed at the end of the locking part, it is extremely easy to fill the recess with the heat insulating material, and the heat insulating material does not leak to the outside, which greatly improves productivity. In addition, since an escape groove is formed in the locking part,
The strength of the locking portion is significantly strengthened, and the locking portion can be easily engaged with the protrusion. In addition, since the concave portion 15 is formed to have a cross section that can be used as a mold material, it can be conveyed by a steel belt or the like, which greatly improves productivity.
