る。 [Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] This invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as board) useful for forming vertical and horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures. [Prior Art] Examples of boards of this kind that have been used in the past include those disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882,
However,
The boards mentioned above had various problems. For example, when rainwater was blown onto the boards (siding) by the wind, the rainwater leaked out to the back side because the boards were simply connected to each other, corroding the furring strips and pillars, and causing moisture in the interior and closets. In addition, the length of the sloped part of the lower edge of the board to the rising part was long, making it weak against tensile forces, and it was disadvantageous that only jointless exteriors could be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally jointless, depending on the skill of the builder, the exterior could be made with joints of various widths, with or without joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the boards in had a complex shape on the sides, making them difficult to form and expensive, and in addition, there were no reinforcing ribs on the flat parts, so warping and twisting appeared significantly on the decorative surface, damaging the aesthetics. In addition, since none of the boards have a backing and the surface material is in direct contact with the wall substrate, condensation can form on the reverse side of the decorative surface, causing rust and corrosion of the wall substrate, and ultimately affecting the insulation, fire resistance, and other properties of the wall itself.
In addition to lacking sound insulation, the decorative surface could not be prevented from deforming, the board itself was easily deformed, and there was a defect that the connecting strength was lacking. Furthermore, these boards had a defect that they lacked three-dimensionality. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned defects,
The decorative surface is formed from a concave trapezoidal decorative surface with an inverted trapezoidal cross section, preventing twisting and warping of the board, and the board is formed wide to improve economy and ease of construction, while the diffuse reflection and specular reflection from the two inclined decorative pieces form a wall full of three-dimensional effect, the male connecting part is formed from an insertion edge and a reinforcing tongue, the female connecting part is formed from a fitting groove and an extension, the board connection structure is an insertion edge and a fitting groove, and a gap made of the reinforcing tongue is formed in the fitting groove, thereby enhancing waterproofing, packing properties, and engagement force, and proposing a board that can be used for vertical and horizontal installation. [Configuration of the device] A representative embodiment of the board according to the present device will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is,
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the board A, which is formed from a surface material 1 formed by rolling, pressing, extrusion, or the like using a metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) consisting of one of surface-treated steel plate, zinc-nickel alloy plated steel plate, aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (trade names: Galfan, Galvalume steel plate, Super Zinc), aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, stainless steel plate, clad steel plate, vibration-damping steel plate , or a synthetic resin plate, a core material 15 filled on the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 16 covering the back surface of the core material 15. More specifically, the surface material 1 is composed of a decorative surface portion 2 , side walls 3, 4, a male connecting portion 6 , and a female connecting portion 9 , as shown in Fig. 2. Furthermore, the decorative surface portion 2 is composed of a concave trapezoidal decorative surface 5 having a cross section that is approximately an inverted trapezoid.
The cross section of the concave trapezoidal decorative surface 5 is an inverted trapezoidal shape.
It consists of inclined decorative pieces 5a, 5b (hereinafter simply referred to as inclined pieces) and a horizontal decorative piece 5c (hereinafter simply referred to as horizontal piece) surrounded by the inclined pieces 5a, 5b, and gives the wall a three-dimensional appearance by the shadow, mirror reflection, and diffuse reflection between the inclined pieces 5a, 5b and the horizontal piece 5c, and the decorative surface part 2 is reinforced by two bent parts, which prevents the surface material 1 from warping, sagging, and twisting, and helps to form the board A in a wide width. The angles θ1 , θ2 between the horizontal piece 5c and the inclined pieces 5a, 5b are 90°< θ1 <180°, 90°< θ2 <180°. The male connecting part 6 is composed of an insertion edge 7 which is an extension of the lower edge of the side wall 3 bent outward, and a reinforcing tongue piece 8 which is bent at the tip of the insertion edge 7 into a seam shape. More specifically, the insert edge 7 is fitted into a fitting groove 12 of a female connector 9 , which will be described later, and the reinforcing tongue 8 forms a gap in the fitting groove 12 as shown in Fig. 3, enhancing waterproofing, engagement and packing properties, allowing the board A to be used for both horizontal and vertical installation. The reinforcing tongue 8 prevents the tip of the insert edge 7 from becoming wavy, making it easier to fit into the fitting groove 12, and also prevents injury from the edge of the insert edge 7 during installation. Although the reinforcing tongue 8 is formed into a bottom seam in the figure, it is also possible to form it into an top seam and clamp the edge of the backing material 16.
The female connecting portion 9 is formed by bending the lower end edge of the side wall 4 inward to form an upper edge 10, and bending the tip of the upper edge 10 outward to form a lower edge 11. The upper edge 10 and the lower edge 11 form a fitting groove 12 having a cross section formed in a substantially U-shape.
1 is extended outwardly to an extension portion 13; and
The fitting groove 12 is formed by bending the tip of the fitting edge 7 into a tongue piece 14.
The reinforcing tongue 8 forms a gap to enhance the waterproofing, engagement force, and packing properties of the joint.
The tongue pieces 14 are formed in a bottom seam shape as shown in the figure, or in a top seam shape (not shown) to hold the edge of the backing material 16 between the surface material 1 and the core material 1.
5. It is possible to strengthen the integration of the backing material 16 and prevent leakage from the periphery of the female connecting portion 9 of the core material 15. The core material 15 is filled at least in the trough-shaped portion surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 on the back side of the surface material 1 , the male connecting portion 6 , and the female connecting portion 9 ,
It mainly provides heat insulation to board A, and is made of one or more materials that have secondary functions such as adhesive, fireproofing, cushioning, and soundproofing. Specifically, it is made of synthetic resin foam, rock wool,
Glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board,
It is made of a wood wool cement board or the like, and is discharged as a raw material, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or is made of a molded body. When a molded body is used as the core material 15, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 15 and the surface material 1 and back material 16. To explain further, the core material 15 is mainly made of a synthetic resin foam, such as a resin for polyurethane foam, a resin for phenol foam, a resin for polyisocyanurate foam, polyurea foam, polystyrene foam, a foam in which phenol foam resin is coated around perlite and then heated and pressurized to foam, or a foam to which one or more of a flame retardant or a flame retardant assistant (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, perlite grains, shirasu balloons, asbestos, various fibers) are added. Furthermore, although not shown, the core material 15 can be provided to bulge downward from the back surface of the extension portion 13 to further improve heat insulation and fire resistance. When a phenol foam synthetic resin is used for the core material 15, it is possible to apply an anti-rust paint to the back surface of the surface material 1 or to attach an anti-rust paper to the back surface of the surface material 1 so that the acidic components of the core material 15 do not come into direct contact with the surface material 1. Reference numeral 16 denotes a back surface material, which covers at least the back surface of the core material 15 to form a sandwich structure for the board A, improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and is useful as a non-flammable sheet, waterproof membrane, heat insulating sheet, waterproof sheet, soundproof sheet, packing material, etc., and examples of such materials include asbestos paper, craft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper,
It is made of one or more laminates of glass fiber nonwoven fabrics, or a sheet that has been treated for waterproofing or fire retardancy. Both ends of the backing material 16 can be held by the reinforcing tongues 8 and 14, or it can be disposed between the surface material 1 and the core material 15, or it can protrude outward from the edge of the female connecting portion 9. The size of each of the above-mentioned parts will now be explained. As shown in Fig. 2, the reinforcing tongues 8 extend from the lower edge of the side wall 3 to the lower edge of the side wall 3.
The distance from the innermost part of the fitting groove 12 to the lower edge of the side wall 4 is l 1 , the heights of the side walls 3 and 4 are h 1 and h 2 , the heights of the inclined pieces 5a and 5b are h 3 and h 4 , the width of the horizontal piece 5c is W 1 , and the widths of the inclined pieces 5a and 5b are
Let W2 and W3 be, l1 ≧ l2 , h1 ≒ h2 > h3 ≒ h4 ,
The relationship is W1 : W2 ≈ W1 : W3 ≈ 1:9 to 0.1. In other words, the above relationship is such that when the boards A are connected, there is no play at the connection portion and the inclined pieces 5
a, 5b and the specular reflection between horizontal piece 5c;
Diffuse reflection improves the three-dimensional effect of the wall.
5b to create a uniform vertical line. [Example of Construction] Assume that board A as shown in Fig. 1 is installed vertically as shown in Fig. 3 to form a wall. Boards A1 and A2 use a 0.27 mm thick color steel plate for the surface material 1 , aluminum and craft paper for the back material 16, and the core material 15 is a combination of the surface material 1 and the back material 1.
The raw material for polyisocyanurate foam is discharged between 6, reacted and foamed, and then cured to form an integrated structure.
The extension 13 of board A1 is fixed by a nail β. Next, the insertion edge 7 of the male connector 6 of the (n+1)th board A2 is fitted into the fitting groove 12 of board A1 to form a waterproof structure, a strong engagement force, and a strong resistance to water.
The joints formed have excellent packing properties. To form the entire wall, the above-mentioned steps may be repeated in sequence.
Although not shown in the figure, the base is equipped with a drain,
Caulking materials and accessories must be used in internal corners and other areas. As mentioned above, the board A can also be used as a horizontal installation. [Other embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in Figures 4a-m to 8a-j. It is also possible to form board A with two or more concave trapezoidal decorative surfaces 5. Of course, board A can also be a combination of each of Figures 4 to 8. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, with the board of the present invention,
The decorative surface portion is formed as an inclined piece-horizontal piece-inclined piece with an inverted trapezoidal cross section, so that the inclined pieces stand out due to diffuse reflection and specular reflection between the inclined pieces and the horizontal pieces, forming a wall body with a three-dimensional feel.
The boards have a sandwich structure, which greatly improves mechanical strength. The boards can be made wide, which makes them easy to install and is also economical as the width of the material can be used effectively. The boards can be laid vertically or horizontally. Flatness across the entire wall can easily be achieved. Waterproofing and airtightness are improved by the gaps created by the reinforcing tongues at the ends of the insertion edges of the male connectors within the board connecting structure, and the tongues at the ends of the extensions of the female connectors that dig into the backing material. These are some of the features.
