Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 複数の係合歯が形成され車体側に固定される
    ためのアンカーステーと；シートが前後にスライ
    ドするときにシートと一体的にアンカーステーに
    沿つて動き乗員拘束用ウエビングに繋がつたベー
    ス・プレートと；緊急時に係合歯と係合するため
    にベースプレートに固定された係合部と；上記シ
    ートのスライド方向と交差する方向に移動可能に
    ベースプレートをシートに取付ける取付手段と；
    係合歯と係合部との間に少なくとも一部があつて
    係合部が係合歯と係合するのを阻止する通常時に
    とる第１状態と、所定値以上の荷重がウエビング
    からベースプレートを介して加わる緊急時にとる
    状態であつて、係合歯と係合部との間から上記少
    なくとも一部が退避して係合部が係合歯と係合す
    るのを許容する第２状態とをとりうるカバー部材
    と；を有するシートベルトアンカー装置。 ２ 取付手段はベースプレートに形成されたスロ
    ツトと、このスロツトを貫通してシートへ締着さ
    れる取付ボルトとにより構成される実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のシートベルトアンカー装
    置。 ３ 取付手段はベースプレートに形成された弧状
    スロツトと、このスロツトを貫通してシートへ締
    着される取付ベルトと、ベースプレートをシート
    へ位置決めする別の取付ボルトとにより構成され
    、これによりベースプレートは上記別の取付ボル
    トの回りで回動可能にシートに取付けられる実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のシートベルトア
    ンカー装置。 ４ アンカーステーの係合歯の形成された部分は
    薄肉カバーにより被覆される実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のシートベルトアンカー装置。 ５ カバー部材はシエアピンによりベースプレー
    トに第１状態をとつて取付けられる実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のシートベルトアンカー装
    置。 ６ カバー部材は、ベースプレートがシートと共
    にアンカーステーに沿つて動くときにガイド部材
    としても働くように形状決めされている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のシートベルトアンカ
    ー装置。
