環制御バルブをそれぞれ設けるとともに、前記エ
ンジン本体の運転状態を検出する運転状態検出機
能を備え、前記エンジン本体の低温始動時には前
記ウエストゲートバルブおよび排気循環制御バル
ブをそれぞれ開放状態で保持し、前記エンジン本
体の完爆状態が検出された時点で前記ウエストゲ
ートバルブを通常の開閉制御状態、前記排気循環
制御バルブを閉塞状態にそれぞれ切換え操作する
