気切換弁を設け、更に排気通路にウェストゲート弁を設
け、これら通路開閉弁、給気切換弁及びウェストゲート
弁は連動して機関の運転状態に応じて駆動するコントロ
ーラからの信号が送られると部分負荷域で通路開閉弁及
びウェス上ゲート弁は開となり給気切換弁は閉となると
共に高負荷域で通路開閉弁及びウェストゲート弁が閉、
給気切換弁が開となり、更にバイパス給気通路の下流側
分岐部の下流の給気通路内のブースト圧が高まるとウェ
ストゲート弁が開となって排気の一部を逃がし、ブース
ト圧が異常圧力になると通路開閉弁は開となることを特
徴とする排気ターボ過給機付内燃機関。
