するウエストゲートバルブ８を設け、該バルブを支持す
るリンク２２、および該リンクに連結されたロツド２１
を介して該ウエストゲートバルブを作動するダイヤフラ
ム式アクチュエータ９を設け、該アクチュエータの圧力
室１２にコンプレツサ５下流の給気を導入し、該給気の
圧力が所定値以上のとき前記バイパス通路を開くように
構成し、かつ前記アクチュエータのダイヤフラム１０に
連結された前記ロンドを長手方向に貫通する貫通孔２７
を設け、前記圧力室内の給気の一部を該貫通孔を通じて
前記リンクに吹き付けるように構成したウエストゲート
