ム式アクチュエータ9を設け、該アクチュエータの圧力
室12にコンプレツサ5下流の給気を導入し、該給気の
圧力が所定値以上のとき前記バイパス通路を開くように
構成し、かつ前記アクチュエータのダイヤフラム10に
連結された前記ロンドを長手方向に貫通する貫通孔27
を設け、前記圧力室内の給気の一部を該貫通孔を通じて
前記リンクに吹き付けるように構成したウエストゲート
