Claims (1)
タービンに対して並列に連結されたバイパス通路
を設け、このバイパス通路を開閉操作する過給圧
調整用のウエストゲートバルブを備えた過給機付
きエンジンにおいて、一端を前記バイパス通路に
おけるウエストゲートバルブの下流側に連結させ
、他端を前記エンジン本体の吸気通路側に連結さ
せた排気循環路およびこの排気循環路を開閉操作
する排気循環制御バルブをそれぞれ設けるととも
に、前記エンジン本体の冷却水温にもとづいて前
記エンジン本体の運転状態を検出する運転状態検
出機能を備え、前記エンジン本体の低温始動時に
は前記ウエストゲートバルブおよび排気循環制御
バルブをそれぞれ開放状態で保持し、前記エンジ
ン本体の冷却水温の上昇に連動させて前記ウエス
トゲートバルブの弁開度を全開状態から全閉状態
まで制御して前記エンジン本体の始動運転の終了
時点で前記ウエストゲートバルブを通常の開閉制
御状態、前記排気循環制御バルブを全閉状態にそ
れぞれ切換え操作するコントローラを設けたこと
