関において、補助ブロワの介在する掃気通路を補
助ブロワの介在しない掃気通路から独立せしめて
該通路の入口または出口に該通路の流路面積を制
御するための絞り装置を設け、掃気管内の掃気圧
力に応じて前記絞り装置の作動を指令するための
圧力センサーを上記掃気管に付設したことを特徴
