路により互いに連結して該バイパス通路内にバイ
パス制御弁を配置した2サイクル内燃機関におい
て、上記スロツトル弁を全開せしめるためのスロ
ツトルオープナを具備し、機関減速運転時に上記
バイパス制御弁を全閉せしめると共に上記スロツ
トルオープナを作動させてスロツトル弁を全開せ
しめるようにした2サイクル内燃機関の減速制御
