環制御バルブをそれぞれ設けるとともに、前記エ
ンジン本体の完爆状態を検出する完爆状態検出機
能を備え、前記エンジン本体の始動時には前記ウ
エストゲートバルブおよび排気循環制御バルブを
それぞれ開放状態で保持し、前記エンジン本体の
完爆状態が検出された時点で前記ウエストゲート
バルブを通常の開閉制御状態、前記排気循環制御
バルブを閉塞状態にそれぞれ切換え操作するコン
