Claims (1)
- 流体制御要素用の誘導検知変換器であつて、軸
方向に移動可能な鉄心を受容する非磁性材料製の
貫通中空状の受容管を具え、受容管は自由端の領
域で閉鎖部材により閉鎖され、閉鎖部材と反対側
の受容管の端部に配置されてそれと封密状態に結
合される接続部材を具え、受容管を囲みケーシン
グに囲まれ受容管上を軸方向に移動可能のコイル
集合体を具え、そしてコイル集合体の端部に当接
する調整ナツトを具えたものにおいて、閉鎖部材
9が受容管8に直接取付されており、コイル集合
体12〜14はそれを囲みそれとともに移動可能
な一体プラスチツクのコイルケーシング16に埋
込まれ、コイルケーシングの各端に調整ナツト2
2,21が配置されており、接続部材2のコイル
ケーシング16との間に廻り止7を設けたことを
特徴とする流体制御要素用の誘導検知変換器。
