Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、筆ペン等筆記具の毛状筆記芯又はマニキュア
等液体化粧料の刷毛等のインク又はマニキュア液等の液
体を塗布する用に供する液体塗布具の穂首及びその製造
方法に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来の斯る穂首は第３図に示すように繊維束（３）′の
後端面を溶着した後に固化して形成した所要な肉厚の平
板な鍔（４）′　を有する構造である。
斯る穂首はその鍔（４）′　を先軸等の内部に設゛けら
れた段部等に係止させたのちその後端面を別部材により
挟着することにより一般的に固定されている。従ってこ
の鍔の肉厚にばらつきがあり例えば肉厚が過小であった
りする場合はがたが生じて穂首の固定が不安定となる不
都合が生じる。ところが上記したようにこの鍔（２）は
繊維束（１）の後端面を溶着固化して形成しているので
肉厚の精度を上げることは極めて回連であった。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
本発明の目的は、穂首の鍔の肉厚のばらつきに拘らず穂
首の固定が安定化できる新たな穂首とその製造方法を提
供することにある。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
上記目的を達成するために氷原は、繊維束の後端に所要
肉厚の鍔を設け該鍔の後端面に弾性変形容易な所要長さ
の突起を所要数設けたことを特徴とする液体塗布具の穂
首と、所要数の小孔を穿設した熱溶着板を繊維束の後端
面に当接させて該後端面の一部を熱溶着板の小孔に没入
させた状態で溶着して固化することにより所要厚さの鍔
と共に同時にその鍔の後端面に弾性変形容易な突起を一
体的に形成することを特徴とする液体塗布具の穂首の製
造方法とをここに提示するものである。
〔実施例〕
第１図は製造工程を示すもので１表面が平滑で且つその
表面に多数の小孔（１）・・・を穿設した熱溶着板（２
）をＰＥＴ等の合成樹脂製の繊維束（３）の後端面に当
接し、熱溶着板（２）の各小孔（１）・・・に繊維束（
３）の一部を没入させた状態で溶融して繊維束（３）の
後端部を溶着したのち冷却固化して所要厚さの鍔（４）
とその後端面に多数の突起（５）・・・を同時に一体的
に形成するものである。第２図はこうして製造された穂
首（６）の後端面を示したものである。突起（５）・・
・の数、長さ、太さ、形状等は熱溶着板（２）の小孔（
１）・・・を変えることにより勿論自由に設定できる。
〔作用及び効果〕
本発明の穂首は以上の如く構成されるものであり、鍔の
肉厚にばらつきが生じて多少厚さが不足しても突起がそ
の不足分を補ってがたを防止する。
然もばらつきに差がある場合でも突起は弾性変形するの
でそのばらつきの差にも十分対応できる。
即ち本発明の穂首は鍔の肉厚のばらつきが突起により吸
収されるものであり常に穂首の固定を安定化できる著効
を有する。又その製造方法も熱溶着板の形状に変化があ
るだけで工程そのものは従来と変わりがなくコストが増
加することなく安価に製品を提供できるものである。

第１図は本発明実施例の製造工程図、第２＠は本発明実
施例の穂首の後端面図、第３図は従来例の穂首の側面図

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、繊維束の後端に所要肉厚の鍔を設け該鍔の後端面に
    弾性変形容易な所要長さの突起を所要数設けたことを特
    徴とする液体塗布具の穂首。 ２、所要数の小孔を穿設した熱溶着板を繊維束の後端面
    に当接させて該後端面の一部を熱溶着板の小孔に没入さ
    せた状態で溶着して固化することにより所要厚さの鍔と
    共に同時にその鍔の後端面に弾性変形容易な突起を一体
    的に形成することを特徴とする液体塗布具の穂首の製造
    方法。
