Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）表面にインクを供給されるボールを筆記面に摺動
    させ回転させることにより、ボールの表面に付着したイ
    ンクを筆記面に付着させて筆記を行なうホールペンにお
    いて、前記のボールの表面の一部を、その他の部分に対
    してインクの付着量が異なるように形成したことを特徴
    とするボールペン。
  2. （２）前記のボール表面のインクの付着量か異なる部分
    を溝により形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項に記載のボールペン。
  3. （３）　　前記インク付着量が異なる部分をインクをは
    じくような化学処理を施すことにより形成したことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のボール
    ペン。
