Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 弁体を弁座に対して変位させ、前記弁体と
    弁座との隙間を調整して流体の微少流量を制御す
    る流量制御装置において、前記弁体または弁座の
    表面に塑性変形する軟質材の層を被覆してなる流
    量制御装置。 (2) 前記流量制御装置はバイパス流路より分岐
    したセンサ流路の２点間の温度差を一対の自己加
    熱抵抗体で計測し、前記センサ流路の流量に応じ
    た出力信号を出力する熱式質量流量計と、前記熱
    式質量流量計より出力された出力信号と予め設定
    した所望の流量の設定信号とを比較してその差信
    号を出力する比較制御手段と、前記差信号に応じ
    た電流を通電されて励磁され前記弁体を前記弁座
    に対して変位させるソレノイド機構とよりなる実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の流量制御装
    置。
