Claims (1)
- 基板を、この基板上に印刷された導体箔上に電
子部品がリフローはんだ付けされる接続部を有す
る製品部と、この製品部以外の部分からなり上記
導体箔が印刷された廃材部とで構成し、上記製品
部の外周の一部又は全部を半抜き状態にすると共
に、上記廃材部の表面に吸熱性塗料を施してなる
印刷配線板。
