ヨート回路、3はシヨツトキバリアダイオード、
4はRF信号シヨート回路、5はストリツプ/ス
ロツト変換器、6はストリアプ/スロツト変換器
、7はスロツト/ストリツプ変換器、8はガリウ
ムヒ素を基板材とする誘電体基板であり、端子1
はRF信号端子、端子2は局発信号端子、端子3
は中間周波端子である。なお、図中同一部分には

トキバリアダイオードを接続したことにより広帯
域な周波数特性を得られることを特徴としたモノ
