図中１は９０°ハイブリツド、２は中間周波シ
ヨート回路、３はシヨツトキバリアダイオード、
４はＲＦ信号シヨート回路、５はストリツプ／ス
ロツト変換器、６はストリアプ／スロツト変換器
、７はスロツト／ストリツプ変換器、８はガリウ
ムヒ素を基板材とする誘電体基板であり、端子１
はＲＦ信号端子、端子２は局発信号端子、端子３
は中間周波端子である。なお、図中同一部分には
、同一符号を付して示してある。

続した出力端子から成るモノリシツク化マイクロ

プ線路と上記誘電体基板の他方の面の一部に設け
られたスロツト線路により形成され、入力端子を
有する２つのストリツプ／スロツト変換器と、こ
れに接続された出力端子を有する２つのスロツト
／ストリツプ変換器を設け、これに２つのシヨツ
トキバリアダイオードを接続したことにより広帯
域な周波数特性を得られることを特徴としたモノ
