に設けられたスロツト線路とで形成されるモノリ
シツク化マイクロ波集積回路ミキサにおいて、ス
トリツプ線路とスロツト線路により形成された入
力端子を有するストリツプ／スロツト変換器と、
このストリツプ／スロツト変換器に接続された局
発信号しや断回路と、このしや断回路に接続され
たもう一つの入力端子を有するストリツプ／スロ
ツト変換器と、このストリツプ／スロツト変換器
に接続された２つのスロツト／ストリツプ変換器
と、これら２つのスロツト／ストリツプ変換器に
互いに逆向きに接続された２つのダイオードと、
これら２つのダイオードに接続された二つのシヨ
ート回路と、上記２つのダイオードのスロツト／
ストリツプ変換器側に接続された二つのＲＦ信号
しや断回路と、これら２つのＲＦ信号しや断回路
のもう片側を接続した出力端子とから成るミキサ
