Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円形圧電板の一方の面に半径方向に沿つて放射
    状に入り組むように交差指型電極を形成し、該交
    差指型電極を通して分極・駆動を行なうことによ
    り径方向に屈曲振動を励振する円板状振動子を円
    筒ケースの一端に電極面をケース内側に向けて設
    置し、該円筒ケースの他端には端子板を介してピ
    ン端子を設置し、少なくとも該円筒ケースの外周
    面および前記円板状振動子の外面に樹脂被覆層を
    形成して成ることを特徴とする超音波送受波器。
