- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固定部によつて区切られた２つの部分の機械的
共振周波数が等しく、かつその一方の部分に機械
的振動と電気振動の変換を行なう少なくとも１つ
の振動変換素子が固定された振動子と； 上記振動変換素子を電気的に励振して上記振動
子に機械的振動を生じさせる駆動部と； 上記振動変換素子に入力される振動子の機械的
振動の応答より振動特性を測定する測定部と； を備えたことを特徴とする振動式レベル検知器。
