イクロホンの実施例を示すもので、第１図は縦断
面図、第２図は圧電型振動子部分を示す図、第３
図は同上圧電型振動子の製造工程の一例を示す工
程図、第４図は従来の超音波マイクロホンの縦断
面図である。 １：音響整合層（振動体）、１０：圧電型振動
子、１１ａ〜１１ｃ：リング状圧電素子、１２：
合成樹脂、１３ａ，１３ｂ：電極層。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 送信或いは受信する超音波信号に応じた振動を
する振動体と、該振動体に固着され厚み方向の振
動を電気・音響変換に利用する圧電型振動子とを
有する超音波マイクロホンにおいて、 前記圧電型振動子は、複数の同心状のリング状
圧電素子を当該各リング状圧電素子間の間隙に合
成樹脂を埋込んで一体的に構成するとともに当該
複数のリング状圧電素子は端面部で並列接続し、
当該端面を前記振動体に固着してなることを特徴
とする超音波マイクロホン。
