- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電振動素子を第１の振動板に貼付け、 この第１の振動板と第２の振動板を重ねて止着
するとともに、 前記圧電振動素子の少なくとも前面もしくは背
面側に前記第１と第２の振動板との間で音響的密
封空間を形成して単位圧電振動装置を構成し、 この単位圧電振動装置を複数備えてなる複合圧
電振動装置において、 前記複数の単位圧電振動装置の少なくとも前記
第１もしくは第２の振動板が共通の振動板から形
成されてなることを特徴とする複合圧電振動装置
。 (2) 前記第１および第２の振動板が共に各々共
