Claims (1)
- 水中用の超音波送受波器において、使用する圧
電セラミツクスの外径Ｄと厚みＨの比Ｈ／Ｄを特
定の比となるように選び、径方向振動周波数と厚
み方向振動周波数を同一周波数として結合共振さ
せ、外圧電セラミツクス全体を樹脂モールドした
超音波送受波器。
