Claims (1)
- 強誘電材からなる円環状の電歪素子と、該円環
状の電歪素子の円環内に挿通する中空ボルトと、
該中空ボルトの両端に螺合し、前記電歪素子を挟
持押圧する弾性板とからなるランジユバン形振動
子において、該振動子の長さを振動子の固有振動
数における半波長とした時、略々1/4波長位置の
振動子外周において支持固着することを特徴とす
る電歪振動子。
