子の側面図を示し、下図にそれに対応する複合振

従来の振幅拡大ホーンと圧電振動子を組み合わせ
た複合振動子の側面図である。 １，１１……圧電振動子、２，３，１２，１３
……電気端子、４，１４……振幅拡大ホーン（ホ
ーン）、５，１５……先端、６……（ホーン４の
）中央部、７……接合部、８……外面、９……（
圧電振動子１の）中央部、１０……応力曲線、σ
……応力、ｘ……軸方向。
拡大ホーンと圧電振動子を組み合わせた複合振動

Claims (1)
- 圧電振動子あるいは磁歪振動子の振動振幅拡大
を目的に用いられる振幅拡大ホーンにおいて、前
記振幅拡大ホーンの材料にアルミニウムを用い、
且つホーンの先端部分のみに硬質アルマイト処理
を施した事を特徴とする振幅拡大ホーン。
