Claims (1)
- 走行面に直立する少なくとく２本の脚部及び該
脚部を基端側で連結すると共に前記走行面と平行
な面内で円弧状に湾曲された胴部とからなる振動
体と、これらの脚部及び胴部に振動を付加する振
動付与手段とを具備してなる超音波モータ。
