- 少なくとも２本以上の脚部と、これらの脚部の
基端を連結する胴部とから走行体が構成され、こ
の走行体に、上記脚部と胴部をそれぞれ振動させ
る振動源が設けられた超音波リニアモータにおい
て、上記走行体の少なくとも一部を中空にしたこ
とを特徴とする超音波リニアモータ。
