- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 弾性体と、弾性体を励振させる為の圧電体とを
備え、超音波振動を利用した超音波モーターにお
いて、 前記弾性体の長手方向にほぼ等間隔で、且つ該
長手方向と直角方向に長い複数の溝を形成し、該
弾性体の溝の部分で見た横断面形状が凹形状であ
ることを特徴とする超音波モーター。
