Claims (1)
- レール上にレール方向に配置された少なくとも
２本以上の脚部とこれらの脚部の基端部を連結す
る胴部とから走行体を構成し、この走行体に凹部
を形成し、この凹部に上記脚部と胴部を振動させ
る振動源を嵌入したことを特徴とする超音波リニ
アモータ。
