Claims (1)
- レールの表裏面側にレールを挾んで少なくとも
一対の振動体を互いに対向させて配設し、各振動
体をレール方向に配置された少なくとも２本以上
の脚部と、これら脚部の基端を連結する胴部とか
ら構成し、上記各振動体に脚部及び胴部を振動さ
せる振動源を設けると共に、それぞれの脚部をレ
ールに圧接させるスプリング部材を設けたことを
特徴とする超音波リニアモータ。
