Claims (1)
- 回転体の回転面上に周方向に配置された少なく
とも２本以上の脚部と、これらの脚部の端部を連
結する胴部とから振動体が構成され、これらの脚
部と胴部とをそれぞれ振動させる振動源と上記振
動体を上記回転体に向けて付勢する手段が付設さ
れていることを特徴とする超音波モータ。
