- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 振動体と、該振動体の端部に配設されて、前記
振動体を加振する圧電素子とを有する超音波リニ
アモータにおいて、 前記振動体の端部に固定され、前記圧電素子が
内部に配設される枠体と、 該枠体内であり、かつ前記圧電素子の上端に配
設される振動吸収部材と、 前記枠体に設けられ、前記振動吸収部材ととも
に前記圧電素子を前記振動体に向けて押圧する押
圧手段と、 を有することを特徴とする超音波リニアモータ。
