Claims (1)
- 膜状圧電材料による電気音響変換素子を音響セ
ンサとする水中受波器において、上記電気音響変
換素子の外周部を軟質ゴムにより被覆し、さらに
該軟質ゴムを硬質ゴムにより被覆する２層構造と
したことを特徴とする水中受波器。
