Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電素子同士が貼り合わされてなるバイモルフ
振動子を、そのノードラインでベース上に支持し
た超音波送受波器において、 前記バイモルフ振動子の少なくとも外周側面に
弾性接着剤を塗布し、 かつ前記バイモルフ振動子の各電極から引き出
されたリード線の少なくとも一部分を弾性接着剤
で前記ベースに固定したことを特徴とする超音波
送受波器。
