Claims (1)
- コンデンサが接続された能動素子に、スイツチ
手段を介して入力電源が接続されたインピダンス
変換回路において、上記スイツチ手段のオフ時に
上記コンデンサから上記能動素子を経由して流れ
る放電電流を阻止するための半導体素子を、上記
コンデンサと上記能動素子との間に設けたことを
特徴とするインピダンス変換回路。
