- 負荷のオン・オフを制御する半導体スイツチン
グ素子と、この半導体スイツチング素子のオン抵
抗の電圧降下を検出して比較する比較手段と、前
記オン抵抗の電圧降下が所定値を越えたときに前
記半導体スイツチング素子をオフするオフ手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする半導体スイツチング素
子の保護回路。
