Claims (1)
- 入力信号に従つてオン、オフし負荷回路に電流
を供給するパワーＭＯＳＦＥＴを備えたスイツチ
回路と、前記入力信号に従つて前記パワーＭＯＳ
ＦＥＴのオン、オフよりやや送れてオン、オフす
るＭＯＳＦＥＴを備え前記パワーＭＯＳＦＥＴの
ソース、ドレイン間の電圧を検出してこのソース
、ドレイン間の電圧と対応した検出電圧を出力す
る検出回路と、前記検出電圧に応じてオン、オフ
するスイツチ素子を備え前記パワーＭＯＳＦＥＴ
のゲート、ソース間の電圧を制御する制御回路と
を有することを特徴とする過電流防止回路。
