Claims (1)
- マグネトロン８と、インバータ電源ユニツト１
と、前記インバータ電源ユニツトに流れる電流を
検出して電圧に変換する電流電圧変換回路３と、
前記電流電圧回路の出力のピーク値を検出するピ
ーク検出回路４と、前記ピーク検出回路の出力が
基準値を超えた時に信号を出力する比較回路５と
、前記比較回路からの出力信号を受信して信号を
出力するマイクロコンピユータ２と、前記マイク
ロコンピユータから出力される信号に基づいて前
記インバータ電源ユニツトへの電力供給を制御す
るインバータ電源ユニツトメインスイツチ６と、
前記マイクロコンピユータから出力される信号に
基づいて表示を行なう表示器７とで構成されたこ
とを特徴とするマグネトロン駆動制御回路。
