Claims (1)
- マグネトロン１と、インバータ電源２と、前記
マグネトロンに流れる電流が基準回路９の基準値
を超えた時に信号を出力する比較回路からなる電
流検出回路１０と、前記マグネトロンに流れる電
流を監視してその電流が規定の時間以上前記基準
値を超えて流れ続けた時および基準値を超えない
場合でも前記基準値近傍で規定時間以上チヤタリ
ングを起して流れ続けた時に信号を出力するマイ
クロコンピユータ８と、前記電流検出回路の信号
が入力された時に前記マグネトロンの発振出力を
低減させる信号を出力し前記マイクロコンピユー
タの信号が入力された時に前記マグネトロンの動
作を停止させる信号を出力して前記インバータ電
源を制御する出力設定回路７と、前記出力設定回
路の出力に基づいて前記インバータ電源を駆動す
る駆動回路とで構成されたことを特徴とするマグ
ネトロン駆動制御回路。
