Claims (1)
- マグネトロン１と、このマグネトロンを駆動す
るインバータ電源回路２と、このインバータ電源
回路の定常出力の他にそれを上まわる高出力で動
作するように制御するインバータ制御回路６と、
オーブン温度センサー７と、そしてこの温度セン
サーが検出する温度に基づいて前記インバータ制
御回路の動作を制御するマイクロコンピユータ８
とで構成されたことを特徴とするマグネトロンの
駆動制御回路。
