Claims (1)
- マグネトロン１と、インバータ電源回路２と、
マグネトロンの陽極電流を検出する回路１１と、
前記インバータ電源回路の動作開始時に前記陽極
電流検出回路の検出する電流値が基準値に到達す
るまでの間前記インバータ電源回路に対してそれ
を最大出力に相当する最高のスイツチング周波数
で動作させるための信号を出力するとともに前記
陽極電流検出回路によつて検出される電流値が基
準値に到達した時に前記インバータ回路に対して
それを所定の低出力に相当する周波数で動作させ
るための信号を出力する出力設定回路１０とで構
成されたことを特徴とするマグネトロン駆動制御
回路。
