Claims (1)
- 電力用半導体素子をオン・オフ制御するベース
ドライブ回路において、当該電力用半導体素子の
電気量の時間的変化を検出する第１の手段と、前
記電気量を予め定めた値と比較する第２の手段と
、第１の手段の出力信号と第２の手段の出力信号
を基に前記ベースドライブ回路の出力を補正する
第３の手段とを備えることを特徴とするベースド
ライブ回路。
